How is the product shipped and how can I track my shipment?

Beadz ‘N Bagz offers three shipping options through USPS.  These include: First Class, Priority, and Express.  First class shipping is free for any Pandora order.  Priority and Express shipping is offered at an additional fee.  To track your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation and you can log into your account on the Beadz ‘N Bagz website and look under your Order History.

What are the payment options?

You may use any of the following credit cards to pay for your online purchases: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

Do you use a secure server to protect my confidential information such as my credit card number?

We have implemented security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. The security measures are maintained by our payment/authorization gateway provider.

Do I receive and order confirmation when I submit my order?

An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the receipt of the order.

What is your privacy policy?

We take your privacy very seriously. All customer information will be used for internal purposes only. No information will be given, shared or sold to any outside sources.

What is the Wish List?

Wish Lists are a great way to keep track of what you'd like to buy later or to let your family and friends know what you would like as a gift. Just add the items you want into a Wish List, then you can email the list to anyone you like.

How does the Wish List work?

Wish Lists are easy! Just register and then next to each product, you'll see a button that says "Add to wish list". By clicking on this you can build up a Wish List. Once you've got what you want on your Wish List, you can send it as an email to whomever you wish.
