Beadz ‘N Bagz is a fashion products retailer. We are neither an importer nor a manufacturer of our handbags. Beadz ‘N Bagz does NOT sell counterfeit, original, trademarked or copyrighted items. Our products do not have designer labels or fashion designer logos. Beadz ‘N Bagz is in no way affiliated with, representing, associated, or sponsored by designer corporations. We do not represent our products to be designer originals, nor do we represent that they are exact copies. They do not, therefore, violate trademark or copyright laws. We simply invite consumers to compare quality, price and style of any mentioned name brands to our products. Any reference to a brand name is made strictly for comparison purposes.

We appreciate your comments, remarks, feedback, suggestions, ideas and other submissions. Beadz ‘N Bagz is not obligated to keep customer comments confidential or to pay a monetary amount for use of said items. The comments shall become the sole property of Beadz ‘N Bagz and we shall own all rights, titles and interests in and to the use of any submissions. You hereby acknowledge sole responsibility for any comments, remarks, feedback, suggestions, ideas and other submissions relayed to Beadz ‘N Bagz.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Beadz ‘N Bagz realizes the risk you take when ordering a product online. However, we are proud of our merchandise, and stand behind every sale with a “100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.” If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us for a return authorization number and return the product within seven (7) days from the date you received the merchandise for a full refund less shipping, handling and a 15% restocking fee. A return authorization number must accompany your return. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and without use or damage. We will not accept any item that has been used or damaged by the customer.
Although we inspect our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the product as well. All defects must be reported to us via email within three (3) days from the date you received the shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the three day period is over.
